We have a team of excellent people rendering mechanical works and experienced fabricators/tinsmiths and installers. We have our own fabrication shop equipped with state of the art machineries for better handling and more accurate measurements and fittings. LOOKING BACK HOW WE STARTED
Sometime on April 2016, equipped with his trade experience, determination and vision, Eduardo “Jun” Macalisang, Jr. established Weatherpoint Engineering Services with the help of his wife, a trade colleague and his men who were the company’s first employees.
The Company was initially headquartered in his home in Las Pinas and utilized an old and dilapidated L300 van which was the company’s first delivery and main service vehicle. He later on transferred to a small existing 1-storey residential property in Maysilo, Malabon utilizing it as office and fabrication/ warehouse of the small and thriving company.
WP Engineering Services engaged on the supply and installation of ventilation and airconditioning systems for residential, commercial and industrial use; and on the same year of its establishment the company captured its 1st major project DB Schenker Paranaque warehouse which was also the company’s first multi-million project. This project was followed by several projects such as B-Hotel and Vista Cinemas to name a few.
With Mr Macalisang’s vision for growth and with the support of his wife which also held the position as the company’s vice president for finance. The couple applied for incorporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission and was granted on June 30, 2017. From then on, the company continued to receive several large-scale projects ranging from medium to high rise commercial and residential buildings such as QQ-mall, DHL Maxim, Xentro Mall Antipolo and Batangas, University home, Housy Tower 1, Banhao Tower and more. The couple also hired and established an engineering team to cater the company’s demand for design and planning.
As the company continued to grow and receive large-scale projects a need for a larger team and fabrication area was a necessity that made him decide to build and transfer to a new facility which was completed sometime in July 2019; a 2-storey Commercial building with a more spacious fabrication shop. The old facility was then utilized as the company’s warehouse and accommodation for employees.Until present because of its customer’s trust and confidence and word of mouth the company continues to grow and receive new projects for design and installation of AC and ventilation systems for buildings ranging from single to 61-storey. The company has also partnered with several air-conditioning and ventilating brands and suppliers, Architects and general contractors to widen its network in the industry.
